How Mud-jacking Works

It takes a skilled and experienced contractor with the right equipment

A pattern of 1.5 inch holes are drilled through the sunken slab.

The sand/sifted topsoil and Portland cement mixture is pumped under the slab. Our equipment can generate enough pressure to insure we can raise the tough jobs. Once any void is filled the slab is raised to the desired height. - Yes we know it only takes 0.35 psi to raise a non-constrained 4 inch thick concrete slab... But sometimes they are constrained!

The holes are patched using a non shrinking concrete mixture.
